Conveyancing Fees

Disbursements are charges that Conveyancers pay on your behalf.

For Sellers, the common disbursements are searches, certificates, diagrams and plans required to prepare your Contract.

For Purchasers, these usually include rate certificates and stamp duty processing fees.

Disbursements range from $300-$500 or significantly more where the Solicitor engages a third party to complete your settlement.

Whilst many firms only quote their professional fees and add an estimate of the disbursements on top, our disbursements are all included in our fixed fee package.

Some Buyers are hesitant to pay legal fees where there is no guarantee the purchase will go ahead. Finance can fall through, inspections can reveal issues, or the Contract may reveal red flags.

Our No Buy, No Fee Guarantee removes these cost barriers to ensure buyers have access to legal advice and are aware of all the risks before they sign the Contract.

Put simply, our comprehensive contract review, our advice and contract negotiations are done at no charge to you. If you are not the successful bidder at Auction or if you change your mind about the purchase before you sign or during the cooling off period, no fees will be payable*.
