BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING, GET YOUR CONTRACT REVIEWED FREE

Buying property is one of the most significant financial transactions you’ll ever make.

We walk you through every stage of the conveyancing journey, from initial contract review to final settlement, providing clarity on your legal rights.

Reviewing the contract before you sign protects you from hidden risks, unfair terms, and costly surprises. A pre‑signing contract review gives you clarity, and the chance to negotiate changes, or walk away if the contract isn’t in your best interest. It’s the safest way to ensure you know exactly what you’re committing to before you pay a deposit.

On average, buyers inspect 3-5 properties before they finally secure the right one. Some Buyers are hesitant to pay legal fees where there is no guarantee the purchase will go ahead. Finance can fall through, inspections can reveal issues, or the Contract may reveal red flags.

Our No Buy, No Fee Guarantee removes these cost barriers to ensure buyers have access to legal advice and are aware of all the risks before they sign the Contract.

Put simply, our comprehensive contract review, our advice and contract negotiations are done at no charge to you. If you are not the successful bidder at Auction or if you change your mind about the purchase before you sign or during the cooling off period, no fees will be payable*.

What is a Cooling Off Period and the Buying Process

See How Our Free Contract Reviews Have Helped Our Clients

Studio Not Approved as a Dwelling

Our investor believed they were about to purchase a dual income property. The studio was marketed as a granny flat, it was approved as a structure and even had a separate address.

Through our extensive due diligence, we discovered it was not an approved dwelling and therefore was not legally permitted to be rented out.

We saved our client from overpaying for a property they believed was capable of providing them with dual rental income. Because we identified this issue before signing the Contract our client did not lose their 0.25% deposit.

Owner Builder Discovery

Through our extensive due diligence and attention to detail, we identified that the property had been constructed by an owner‑builder, which had not been disclosed. This raised immediate concerns around home warranty insurance and the integrity of the building works.
